We process and ship orders placed between Sunday-Friday  (GMT+2). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery timeframe starts from the ship out date, not when an order was placed. Delivery time: Western and Northern Europe 4-12 days. For other areas, the estimated delivery time is 10-22 business days. While we always do our best to ensure the postal service and courier will deliver your parcel within that advertised timeframe, it is possible that delays might happen due to circumstances that are out of our control.
